Your major duties will include:
* Taking care of existing logistic properties, including assistance with their daily management
* Solving of technical issues and support of property management team
* Responsibility for preparation of new projects on existing or new sites
* Gaining and maintaining of required permits
* Project delivery within the approved time, quality and budget
* Price negotiations and preparation of the project budget
- Assisting the business development team in preparing the bids, advising on cost and schedule
- Coordination with the design team and other team members
- Reporting to the regional director
