For an international construction company based in Prague, we are looking for and experienced candidate for the position:
PROPOSAL MANAGER
Your main tasks wil be:
* Managing a small team dealing with offers (engineering, procurement, project control, quality, H&S, legal )
* Choosing and contacting potential subcontractors, negotiations
* control of offers received and related tabulations
* checking contract documentation
* coordination with the technical office
* Verification of offer documentation
* Preparation of indirect costs
* Regular reporting to the headboard
