In this position you will be responsible for:
- cooperation with the internal clients and regional staffing managers
- search of the candidates through networking, advertisements, relations with universities, etc.
- interviews with the candidates
- preparation of the assessments and presentation to the hiring managers
- creating and monitoring the reports
- implementation of new recruitment processes
- developing new recruitment sources
