KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
* Ordering / Activation of Mobility Services, Resolution of Customer Queries (Email / Phone)
* Liaising with the various support groups for resolving queries (Service Provider, IT or Finance)
* Responsible for maintaining the Intranet Site
* Maintenance of the Inventory and production of Monthly Financial Metrics using a fleet management and telecom expense management tool
* Responsible for roll out of Consumption Reports to the end users and management reporting (using tool).
* Optimization of the fleet, tariff plans ect.
* Supplier management
* Project coordination
